This Privacy Policy describes how OriginateOS, operated by LoanGraphs, Inc. (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the OriginateOS platform.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, company, and role — and, for loan applications processed through the platform, borrower information including contact details, financial data, and supporting documents. We also collect limited technical data (device, browser, and usage information) to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the platform, process loan applications and documents, communicate with you, and meet legal and regulatory obligations applicable to mortgage origination.
Nonpublic personal information (GLBA)
Borrowers’ nonpublic personal information is handled in accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and applicable state law. We restrict access, encrypt data in transit and at rest, and require our service providers to maintain appropriate safeguards.
Service providers
We share information with vetted providers that help us operate the platform (for example, hosting, credit and verification, document storage, and e-signature). Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may use the information only to provide their service.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA.
