These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OriginateOS platform, operated by LoanGraphs, Inc. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
OriginateOS is provided for licensed mortgage professionals and their authorized staff. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable lending, privacy, and fair-housing laws and regulations.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you and your borrowers submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the platform and process applications on your behalf. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The platform supports loan origination workflows but does not make credit or underwriting decisions on your behalf. AI-assisted features (document review, classification, condition extraction) are aids and should be verified by a qualified human. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanGraphs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
